Yeah I thought instead of putting 4wd in I will put a diff locker in the rear end so i wont have to spend 200 bucks for another front end.

i think its an nteresting idea dont get me wrong, im just curious on the use. crawlers are generally 4wd with both axels locked. a 2wd vehicle is going to have saverely limited abilies. is would be interesting if you could customize the front to work 4wd.

well if nothing else, youll prolly be one of the only people with one hehe. so i guess thats somehting to say. but to be fare, tis is a crawler thread, and no 2wd truck, regarless of what suspension, axel, or what ever else is ever gonna be able to even compete with a midiocre 4wd truck.

I am curious to see pictures also!! Not to be rude or anything, but they are right. Theres a few main problems with 2 wheel drive, even with the diffs locked. 1)on steep inclines the truck will be more prone to backwards rollovers 2)you wont be able to pull yourself up onto what your climbing, you'll just be pushing your front end in to it 3) SO much less traction. If you want to put your time and effort in to a crawler, wait till you get your clod. (or if you already have it, just build that up. much more worth it)

I have a one link twin detonator that I haven't been able to post pics of(I'm about though too) And I've probably put 60+ hours into it because of all the design changes.
