Default axles

what would be the best axles to use for making a custom crawler that is relistic I want to use 2.2" tires

Axles off of a TLT-1, or what I would do is get Twin Force axles and cut them down to 10" or so.

one word, EBAY!!!, i know they have the casings but i dont know about the gears...but you can look around

You can use Clodbuster axles with 2.2's, Stampede rear wheels are a direct bolt on, I some times use them on my clod, There is a picture of it in the photo gallery.

I really don't like the clod axles because the motor is attached to the axle I like drive shafts more because they are more relistic

Not many rc trucks are even close to "REALISTIC". Especially the electric crawlers with the motors on the axles. But that also lowers the center of gravity keeping them shiny side up.

uh spkeman i dont know waht your talking about, there are PLENTY scale crawlers and rc's i mean most of them if you looked fadst look like a real truck
