I got the 4x4 for $199. I really like the truck. Not a bad price for an RTR. You can turn the 4x4 to a crawler pretty easily. Two trucks in one. Now just need to find some upgrades for the axle.

Um..a little to pricy. I'm not worried about the case. The stock Wheely King case is made pretty strong. Much stronger than the TLT I think. I am more concerned about the inner axle. Rcp Crawlers is making a cvd for the TLT. I am hoping they do the same for the Wheely King. I think RC4wd has a stainless axle. Not sure if this would be strong enough.

jbear,

ok, it's only money and if you think about what it takes to create the cnc code, test, ect. thats not that expensive, for a low volume product. Besides the extra weight in the axle will help lower the center of gravity. The wheely king will have a great aftermarket support soon due to overwhelming popularity.
