You can also check out some toy-grade RCs. I went with a body from a 1:6 truck from Toys R Us and it looks very scale. The only downside is that some of the molded plastic bodies are fairly fragile when compared to lexan.

That's why I like them too. They usually come with some pretty nice detail and paint. Adding accessories and such can really work out nicely.

go to the RPP website. I forgot the exact address but do a yahoo search or something. Best prices I have found on the Tamiya Ford Hilift body. They are worth looking into their bodies and they have several to choose from.

yeah, the bodies are plastic. Lexan is great if you just wanna bash around and stuff but if you want a truck that looks real it aint gonna do the trick. Plastic bodies can be molded with much more detail.

You'll need screws besides, but I'm afraid that I can't help you there.
I can also find you the parts for these bodies:
midnight pumpkin
Blackfoot extreme(mod 92 to 96 f-150)
Ford f-350(my favorite)
Toyota Hilux
Blitzer Beetle
super Clod buster
