Default Where to look??

I want to make my crawler into a scale rig, where is the best place to find "hard" bodys?
Flebay seems to be way over priced?

If you don't mind buying a non hobby grade RC just for the body, Walmart, Target, Toys R Us etc are all good places to look. Most of the time though you'll still spend $30-$40 for one that has a body that will work. I always keep my eye on the neighborhood garbage for the ones that the kids have broken and they're tossing it out, and garage sales are also good places to look.

Tamiya bodies are another great way to find "hard" scale bodies. They pay great attention to detail so all of the moldings, door handles, etc... are on the body.

IMO Tamiya bodies are the only way to go, for exactly that reason. They will cost a little more, but well worth the extra if you ask me.

I wonder what price range the OP thinks is overpriced.
