help with crawler

ineed help with my crawler im building its going to be a custom crawler so i need to know the best stuff that goes on crawlers i wuz also on youtube and saw something on a crawler that i liked the guy had something on his crawler that when he fliped it all he had to do wuz press a button on his remote that he pressed and it raised the whole frame up so that he could drive it upside down does anyone know what it is or what its called if so help me

i have no idea what that is. but it sounds... uhhh.. whats the word im looking for... Silly, is a good word.
get on rccrawler.com Lots of people there build their own custom crawlers. If youre good at building you can get lots of good ideas there.
I would suggest using delrin as a chassis material. Its nice and easy to work with compared to something like aluminum. I have built some nice chassis out of it using only hand tools. Same goes with links. I like Delrin because it slides nice and easy across the rocks.
I dont know exactly what info you are looking for about good stuff to put on crawlers...
What are your plans for you crawler.. maybe we can help more if we have a little more info.
