Haha, I assume you mean the anodised finish! Not for everyone I guess! There are a few ways, but be warned, the anodising is a protective barrier against corrosion.
Oven cleaner and a brilo pad works well, but do not leave the parts in the cleaner for too long as they will start to pit.
or
Wet/dry sand paper a higher grit to get a smoother finish.
or
Greased lightning, same kind of method as oven cleaner.
A good idea would be to get the parts powder coated or lacquered
