The only shop that specializes in Trimaran and catamaran RC hulls is www.rcsails.com .
They have the kits and plans to scratch build. Regards

Yes,
we have a hull set for a AC45 style Catamaran, the hulls are 1.2m long. Anyone interested will need to contact us at www.rcsails.com for more information, as the AC45 hulls are not listed in our catalog yet.

Best regards
Siri

I have built an AC45 style Catamaran prototype to the Mini40 rules this summer. After successful tests with my temporary hulls I'm going to build proper moulds for the final hulls.

You can follow my blog to see the progress on my Catamaran project including some sailing clips.

During the last months I have worked on a plug to make a mold for my Catamaran and found a name for it - It will be named the 'Ninja'.

I'm currently working on the molds. You can find the latest updates at my Blog .

Cheers

The first 'Ninja' is off the molds and has performed the maiden voyage on January 1st, 2013.

The 'Ninja' with the slightly modified hulls and new appendages performed well, even better than the prototype. I will do some video clips and post them soon.

Happy New Year

As promised, here is the first video clip of my 'Ninja', a Mini40 Class Catamaran - I was sailing in gusty winds up to 25 km/h with the large No.1 rig.

I have built a 2 meter multihull and am trying for crowdsourse funding to build a three meter R/C sailboat. I have plans for 3M boat on my site - http://rcspeedsailing.com/index.html

Some new clips of my Ninja sailing in patchy and gusty winds with the full #1 rig:

The Ninja is circling to demonstrate the boats maneuverability:

Have fun watching the clips
