Vortex Soling M - NEED HELP!
I just purchased a Vortex Soling M on eBay that is missing some items.
Does anyone have a copy of the Assembly Manual?
Does anyone have a Keel?
(Or a least a tracing of the keel and the weight)
Thanks

RE: Vortex Soling M - NEED HELP!
Hallo Tjmonk;
I believe the "Vortex" brand was originally a Victors Models trademark (located originaly in Downey, CA) for distribution in Hobby Shack. Meanwhile. go to www.victor-models.com for parts in the standard 1 meter Soling or the shorter soling version.
sincerely, Jon B.

RE: Vortex Soling M - NEED HELP!
Vortex Model Engineering was a Santa Barbara, California company established in the very late 1960's under the management of Roger Grigsby and his wife, and with technical support from Tom Protheroe, the original designer of the Santa Barbara model. They are best known for development and manufacture of the 72" LOA Santa Barbara Class R/C Yacht, and the 50" LOA Vortex SOLING.
Victor Model Products is a completely separate and distinct company that came along later.
