ok i need someone to respond as soon as possible with a link or a site where i can find two things.......i need white tape (for my waterline) my boat is 40 inches long, and i need to find tape LONG ENOUGH to wrap fromone end to the other, as long as it can span one side of the boat i will be happy. i dont want to use two lines of tape for one side. i would like to have one uniform line on one side, and have the two lines meet at the bow and stern. THE OTHER THING!! does anyone know of a place where i can get custom decals made? like i want to get the name of my boat in a decal, its a chrif craft so i want to get the name in gold lettering, does anyone know of a company that makes custom decals??????? PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEE!!! also if anyone knows how to get the regestration ##'s for a boat that would be great!

To answer the question about stripe tape..go to your hobbie shop and ask them for pin stripe tape used on model aircraft, boats etc.
To get a registration number (sail #) go to the AMYA Web at: http://www.amya.org/ go to classes of yachts, and find yours. You will register with your class secretary, and he will assign a sail # to your yacht.[8D]

Striping tape is an easy find. Just about any auto parts store carries pinstriping tape in different widths.
Gold lettering? My sister has a business that does lettering that is Laser cut. The last time that I knew of, she had adhesive-backed real gold leaf that would be perfect for you. PM me and I'll give you her phone number. She does full-sized boat lettering and numbering plus she's done a lot of work for my boats. You might check around for a place near you also. Custom lettering/sign shops are found in most cities that can do the job for you.
