Some Hobby shops stock that item.
You could make them out of hard balsa then cover them with vinyl or iron on material.
They probably won't be structual anyway.

If the use you're looking for is at all structural, I would go with the product from Seacommander Floats as it is a thicker wall material, IMO, K&B is strictly cosmetic (unless reinforced). Seacommander definately have the sizes you're your looking for.

I built all the Struts for my 25% Waco from the GTM strut material and it is strong. Much thicker wall than the K&S and will handle the loads. I would higly recommend GTM, Glenn is a great guy to deal with.
