I am currently building a Camel F1. The plans and photos dictate cross bracing on all exterior panels along the top, bottom and sides of the fuselage. And that is how I built it. While taking a break from building on another part of the kit, I was staring at the (?) finished (but uncovered) fuselage and dawned on me that it made both logical and enginering sense that the internal rectangles of the fuselage should be crossed braced as well. (By internal rectangles I mean those rectangles within the fuselage whose plane runs parallel to the fire wall). My picture sets do not provide me any help on this issue. Anyone here know the answer? Internally cross braced or not?
Thanks, Snake

Never mind. I found the answer at the Polish Aviation Museum. A photograph showing the uncovered fuselage clearly shows cross bracing.
