I'm currently modifying a 7/8ths Vickers dummy to install one of my gasguns, and there really isn't much to making one (for 1/2 scale and maybe 1/3 too). The corrugated sheetmetal jacket would be a little tough, but not too hard to make one in my workshop. I have some ideas on how to make the corrugations.
