Awesome job and thank you very much.

Scott ...... I hear ya! I am chuckling just a bit - the flying got pretty intense and I did indeed cry "UNCLE" and dove for the runway.

But if we were re-enacting the "flying through the bridge" sequence in The Blue Max and we examine which one of us will get to fly his tripe at the next event, then I must have been George Peppard.

I'm just sayin' ...... ....... this "little girl" actually made it safely back to the runway after each flight.

I hope Rhonda and I get to make it to your event this fall - we haven't missed it yet !

Sure was nice to have a place to duck in from the rain drops, charge and put the birds to bed after a great day of flying. Thanks ODP you guys have a great flying site.

No parts to be found on this side of the pond. I talked to Roto and they said they would rebuild it for free. But I just checked the crankcase and the main bearing journals were stretched also..............we'll see what they say about that.

You know you are having a great time when you fetch your "busted up" plane 50 yards in the corn and you still have a smile on your face!

Special Thanks goes to Chris Nieuport for finding 2 airplanes in 12 foot tall corn!

A little late but ODP was a great event. So many who made it happen from the "front man" HPA, Jeff and his minions who cooked, Lee McD who let the dog fighting continue as a great CD, to the ladies and all the real pilots who attended from all over. Nice Job.

But a special thanks to Balsa USA, Xoar /falcon propellers and so many other sponsors for a first class event.

First time making it to ODP and I was not detered by my van hitting a tire retread (alligator) and pulling the underbody off, which beat the heck out of the side door, but no dents!

I will be back next year. But first off to Long Island Dawn Patrol next weekend. (Shameless plug for Andy)
