Using my iPad, I can't navigate to any other color palette than Germany. I'm building a P-47 and a P-39. The site isn't much help. Is there a problem using a Safari browser?

There should be no problem with an iPad. You have to click on(touch) the little magnifying glass to the left of the screen, which will display a menu of countries for selection. I just tried it and it works although it is a bit obscure as to how it works. I will mention it to the developers.
