Hello All,
I recently acquired an old Sterling Fokker D7 (WS 58"). Unfortunately, the upper wing is missing. I can fabricate much of it, but I do not have any templates to make the formers/ribs. Does anyone out there have any idea regarding this? I have checked out Outerzone and I do have a set of plans that are in tough shape, but usable. Thanks in advance.

The plan shows some of the wing ribs.
This should allow you to draw the remaining necessary ribs so that you get the necessary taper in thickness.

Perhaps a bit late: but I have an F-D7 from Sterling, incl. the accompanying drawing (from Outerzone.)
Can't the upper wing be built from that drawing? What information is missing?

Hi Rijoli,
I do have the plans, but they do not show the individual rib patterns. Also, the drawings are pretty small. I might try to enlarge them. Thanks for the input.
