Not too sure how to build the wheels. How do you attach the rubber hose around the rim so it doesn't come apart?

Not sure what you are asking but you can use heater hose (cut perfectly square) and super glue to join the ends.

The kit came with a wheel and a solid rubber hose. I assume you have to glue the ends and then roll the rubber hose onto the rim. Is there anybody who had done this before on this kit?
