Does anyone know of a source to purchase scale rib stitching ? I bought some years ago to use on a Hostetler 35% Pitts S-1-11B but I cannot find the info on where I got it.

Before anyone suggests methods to make it yourself please know that I am well aware but I would prefer to buy it if possible like I did some years ago.

I believe that the guy who made that has retired, I used the last of mine on my last plane.

Pink It makes excellent tape to go over the stitching but I don't believe they make stitching which goes under the tape. I have used fishing line cut into small pieces to make stitches but "Scale Rib Stitch" was much easier to do

If it was me. I’d be getting some Needles for diabetics and use them to start putting some White glue down as the stitches. Then get the pinking tape to put over top once it’s dry.
