would like engine suggestions
Greetings fellow listers:
I have a Pica 1/5 scale Waco that I want to build. I am looking for suggestions on a power plant. I have a Fox Eagle 74 with no home. I am not sure it will be enough. Kit recomends a 61 to 90 2 stroke. I am thinking maybe one of the new Magnum 90's would work. Maybe Magnum 1.08 would be better? I know some of you guys have built one. What engines did you guys use? Money is somewhat of a concern. I do have a Saito 1.20 but it is for another project. But if I must then I must. Any suggestions or opinons would be very appreciated.

Hi,
A friend had the same model. Started with an OPS 120 4 stroke but only just flew (this engine is no great 120) Re engined with a Supre Tigre 3000 and now a fine flyer, not an overpowered missile. ST3000 does fit completely in cowl.
