Default Panel line thickness?

I am ready to prime my At-6 and am going to lay chart tape down to get the panel lines. My University book store has 1/32 inch chart tape. Is this too big? I know most use 1/64 but I have to order out for it and pay more for shipping than the tape. It is a 1/8 scale.

SVX, IMHO 1/32 will be fine for your 1/8 scale AT-6. 1/64 is much harder to work with any way.

About panel lines...

I've been a long time plastic modeler, before getting on RC kits early this year. Is scribing possible with a fiberglass covered model? There are panel line scribers out there for plastic kits, and I'm wondering if fiberglass is too tough for this.
