Control Throws for the Ziroli 88 PT-17 Stearman
The construction in under way of a Ziroli 88" PT-17. Since the set-up for the control throws are not on the drawings, Can anybody give a referance of the throws to start? Have an idea where I want to start but would like any suggestions? Thanks Larry

Here are the control setup for the 88" PT-17 Ziroli Stearman
Rudder 2 1/2" to 3" both directions
Elevators High rate 1 1/2" up & down, 1 1/4" up would work fine also.
Low Rate 1" up & down
Ailerons High Rate 1 3/4" up. 1" down
Low rate 1 1/4" up, 5/8" down.
Of course as always they really depend on your aircraft and fight tested for the best control of the aircraft and weight and balance also plays into the equation. These are from the Diesigner.
