Help please

I have an almost finished Gillow´s mitsubishi zero which I transformed into a 4- channel rc with a Norvel .61 and Hitec sub micros. ( a little heavy at the end, let´s only hope...). I live in South America, and it is very difficult to get the appropriate thinner for the Acetate-butyrate dope needed to fuelproof. Any ideas on a substitute for that thinner? The nitrate diope and thinner I already have.

Thanks a lot

Many nail polish removers have a lot of acetone in them. (read the label, and test a small batch, but it usually works)

Laquer based polyurethane turns yellow QUICKLY in the sun, especially in hot humid weather.
