Hello everyone,
I need some help! Recently my father died and he left me a semi completed scale BF109 e-3 and i will need some help to get her flying. I really want to see her fly.
Most of the major work has been done so far but there are a few things that need to be done.
Here's a list of things i need to finish.
1. Hinging and setting up of flaps and its internal control linkages. I would like everything to be scale as possible.
2. same with ailerons.
3. Setting up of all control linkages
4. Some tweeking of the langing gear system. My dad had some scale struts turned up that were apparently too heavy, so i will need some help with those.
5. Setup of the .90 engine and relevant scale exhaust details
6. Scale Finishing with detail.
and there are a few things that i cant remember at the moment.
A freind has a digital camera so i might be able to get some photos together to show you guys.
The model was built from David Taylor plans which my father modified a bit (being an engineer) to accomodate a few things.
Can anyone help?
Ace
