Already building a B-17 and a Bronco and already searching for a new challenge.

This time a let my eye fall on the C-130 from Dan Palmer Plans.

Can someone tell something about the quality of the plans. Are they good, well provided with info etc etc.???
Did someone have already build a C-130 from Dan Palmer???

But with that I haven't an answer on my other questions, about the quality off the plans???
