It looks like a Globemaster on "downers". Take too aspirins and don't see me tomorrow.

Mystery plane III

It looks as though it has the vertical stabilizer, rudder, and fuselage cross-section of a Convair B-32, Dominator. May have been an attempt to use a combat airframe for civilian purposes.

Plane is a Consolidated Model 39 (Convair 104) (R2Y) Liberator-Liner
