I built the Ziroli Ercoupe from his plans. It was real easy to build. I made my own landing gear. I owned a real Coupe for 16 years. It was the third coupe that I restored. My real coupe was painted like the one that the RAF had in 1948. The pictures that I used was from the RAF . You can see them in the Photo Galley from my Profile. I have a copy from the RAF of their flight testing on their Coupe. I was a member of the CAF for ten years and flew my coupe in many air shows. My coupe has a G-23 and flys great. It weighs 14.5 lbs Bob Moore

This Picture was taken at Harlingen , Texas CAF air show 1985 The other is of me flying my coupe near Gulf of Mexico. Then Picture of my coupes. My coupe was featured in FLY Past Magazine January 1991. This is a British magazine.

Looking to build an Ercoupe... LeisureRc has the old Jack Stafford Kit of it, but it's a little small. Next size is the Zirolli plans/kit. Has anyone built one of his Ercoupes? If so who supplied the kit? Any thoughts or suggestions. How did it fly?
