Default Top Flite Giant scale P-51 Mustang RTC

Need tips on making "invisible" push rod installation for ailerons, flaps and rudder of a 1/5 scale P-51 Mustang.
Have bought a Top Flite RTC Mustang and want to make it as "scale" as possible.
Grateful for pictures or detailed description of your technique.

You might have a look at our TF P-51b conversion thread on 'that other site'. Some of the questions you have might be answered there.

Hi John.
I am a newcomer in using this discussion forum. Could give more details in what you mean with "that other site", please.
Thanx for your help.

John means www.rcscalebuilder.com WARNING: once you go there, you'll never be back here.

Suggest using pull/pull on rudder with cable attachments at face of rudder near base where it flares out. Use internal linkage for elevators.. sorta like strip aileron linkage, and check out www.irfmachineworks.com/rds for rotary servo drives for ailerons and flaps.
