Your best bet is to take some of the cloth to a paint shop and have them mix a quart of latex to match it. You will get an EXACT match. For the Solartex I suggest a flat or satin paint.
Unless you are running a gasser, you will need to clear coat the paint.

Thank You, Do you know of a paint that would match that comes in a spray can? If I'm painting a cowl on a fabric airplane would it be best to paint the cowl flat like the Solartex or glossy?

I don't know of a matching paint in a spray can, however SOME auto paint places can make up a spray can for a minimal extra charge. If you use an automotive paint, the acrylics are USUALLY fuel resistant/proof.
As for the gloss, I would suggest a satin since that will be closest to the gloss on the Solartex.
Another option would be to use flat and then clear coat it with a satin waterbase polyurethane. I know MinWax has the waterbase "Polycrylic" in a spray can (Blue Label) in varyious degress of gloss rangine from flat to hi gloss
