I am getting ready to cover a Bud Nosen Citabria and I was wondering if any of you scale experts know of a relatively simple method for flush mounting the side windows. I could just glue them to the fabric and trim with paint but that would be my last resort. Thanks for any ideas/suggestions Bass1

You could duplicate your openings on a piece of ply the same thickness as the Citabria, then vacuum form to recess the clear plastic. When done just use some canopy glue around the lip of the formed plastic.......voillla!!!!!!!

Thanks Busdriver. That would be the ideal way but I can't vacuum my own room much less vacu-form.
