Where do you guys get your aluminum airfoiled srtuts?
I am looking for a fairly large quantity of these in various sizes but especially in the 1 inch size.
I would like to know the direct supplier if possible.
I have found some from an intermediate which does not want to tell me which is his supplier and they are 7$ a feet... That is a bit hard on the wallet...
Thank you for you help!
Sebastien

K&S Engineering has aluminum airfoiled shaped tubing up to 3/4". Tower has it in stock as do many hobby shops. As for the 1" size, Sea Commander (www.seacommander.com) has larger sizes, but as you said - very expensive.

Thank you for the link. Unfortunately, thats the place I got tubes at 8$ a foot.
He tells me that he uses stock tube that he forms to the correct shape. Any idea how this could be done?

Go to Glenn Torrence Models website which is flygtm.com He has more types of aluminum streamline tubing than you could shake a stick at. It is far less than $7.00 / ft and he is a very good guy to deal with. Good luck
