Does anyone know how good/ bad of an RC plane this is

I am building his Ryan SC-W it is fairly close to scale but he did make some changes to make it easier to build. Judging from my plans he errors on over building rather than underbuilding. Mine plane has a 1/4 ply main and rear wing spars.
