Default Need source for streamline strut material

Mornin' All,

I am looking for a source of streamline strut material. It should be 3/4 X 1/4 (or close). The struts will be functional so balsa is probably out of the question. I prefer a hardwood but aluminum would be an acceptable alternative. I need four 26" pieces.

Thanks!

Thanks, Carlosponti, but K&S only produces it in 24" lengths.

There is a Canadian company that makes large scale floats and is now making streamline tubing. it's not cheap but he can hook you up with about any length or size you need. Now if i can just remember the name....

Balsa USA has basswood streamline strut material - 3/8x5/8" or 1/2x7/8". Much cheaper than some of the aforementioned tubing.

3/8 x 5/8 is just a little smaller than I'm looking for. If I can't find it in 3/4" width, I'll be looking you up.

Thanks!

Harvey
