Fowler flap help
I have started a b-29 project with 114.75 span and want operating fowler flaps like on my stafford b-24.i could use the same setup but am looking for alternatives.does any one have copies of the following issues of model airplane news that had a construction article of fwlwr flaps that they could send scans of?the issues are i believe july 1992,june 1993 and march 1997.
also anyone with oyher solutions please post them here as i am currently drawing the fuse patterns but have the wing outlined while gathering info.thanks

Fowler flap help
I've got the March '97 issue of MAN. In fact, I used those ideas to implement Fowler Flaps on a Telemaster 40. Haven't flown it yet, but it looks real cool! The tricky part is getting the linkages and attachment points correct, but I used a CAD package that does motion simulation and got it right on paper before cutting any balsa.
