I have always found that it is a necessary for me to do the High - Low tuning 3 times to get a perfect setting. There can be / is, that much interaction between the needles & valve travel.

I agree. Actually our club "Saito guy" does, in fact, know the real "Mr. Saito" (President of Saito Engines) personally. Sadly, I'll have to wait at least two weeks before I can work on this problem again.
