First class, I have the same kit in the box. I know it's going to be a long build but if mine comes out like yours it will be well worth it.

FlyweInOKC, Gringo Flyer, and drdroom......thanks guys, really appreciate all your comments!!
Gringo Flyer, it depends how much time you put in.... when I was building I was working maybe 3-4 days a week and 3-4 hours a day.... At times I didnt build for entire week, same case when building was almost done my freind told me he will finish it in 5-6 months.....guess what!!! he took another 1.5 yrs. Just like me he has a day job and works only when he feels like.
FlyerInOKC..... I am sure this is a model......just a result of 3 yrs of effort and patience!! Thanks for your comment.
Regards
Asif

FOR WHAT ITS WORTH
Watch the engine doesn't overheat with that muffler. it is made for a 61fx. I had to run two of them and I made a custom header to conect them. that solved the over heatin of the 91fx.![Big Grin](https://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Texan2,
I am attaching few pictures. The mechanism is very simple but very reliable... Check the photos.
The nose wheel pushed the wooden lever and the door closes. The spring that is attached keep the tension and keep the door in open position, when nothing is pushing the lever.

Asif

Asif...that is an exellent job. I know the Arrow in some depth as I have just finished rebuilding a full size aircraft. Hope yours flys as good as this one.
But yours will be a fraction of the cost. Have fun.

Asif, you're not bald that is the solar energy collector for your flight computer! ![Big Grin](https://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Thanks for the photo of the gear doors you gave some great ideas. I'm have a TF P51D kit to build after I finish my TF Cessna 182 and I want to add a retractable tailwheel with working door. I'm using Eurokit retracts on the main gear and a Robart mechanical retractable tail wheel with a Robart #540-108A air up/spring down cylinder with a bellcrank to work the tailwheel. I got a deal on the retracts when the USA distributor dropped the line. I wish I could have afforded more than one set.
Bhala Hove, De kuday pa aman (Hope I have that right!)
