Sue, I hope my flying is better than my ability to communicate! How could you possibly get that that was a great day?:D I will admit that it was a challange but I can do without that kind of stress. At any rate, I have adjusted the elevator and will attempt another flight as soon as the weather permits.
Don't you enjoy a challenge like that once in a while though?;) ( I was being cheeky) It keeps things interesting and makes you appreciate the really good days when all goes well.;) Let us know how the next flight goes. Hopefully all will work well for you next time.

Finally, I had 5 real good flights with the Eindecker. It's back to the way it was at the beginning of the season. I was doing loops ,I rolled it a couple of times and I even had it flying upside down. There was no porpoising even at full throttle and the landings were actually pretty.. Only thing wrong was I forgot to take the camera but I did remember to bring a cigar and I enjoyed it as a sort of victory smoke after the first flight. Its too bad about the camera because there was some great potential shots late in the day as the sun set. I finally have all the kinks ironed out and now I can begin my winter projects.

Fantastic news then! I am glad you had a good day. Who would have taken the pics though if you were flying the plane?

good question but I'm sure I could have gotten someone at the field. Actually, the plane flies so well now, that I would have let someone else fly while I took the pics. Next time out.And bu[:Dy that time I'll have figured out how to download the pics onto the computer. [:@]
