It helps if you know which Norderney it is ( names get re-used, so there might have been several ships of that name.
You have plans, so you know what shape things should be. Fitting out a model hull is fairly universal, even if there are a lot of ways of doing the same job. Just a question of deciding which suits you best. When it is done it will be your model, not a toy from a store.
A very quick google for "Norderney vessel" gave a '60's Dutch pirate radio ship and a general cargo vessel. Yours could be either, or something totally different. Solving little problems like that make for an interesting hobby.
