Default Need help with COG Crandall flyer 15

strut angle and prop distance from rear

overall setup

big prop turns it into a submarine, smaller black prop porpoises like crazy

balances about here

engine placement
Hi all! I am just finishing up a Crandall flyer 15 build and I am having a problem with porpoising at low to medium speed with a 50mm 2 blade.. (5-15 mph) I cant go any faster either as it starts actually coming out of the water. Totally out of control. Right now it balances at almost exactly 50% of total length. 21" at 42" long. If I use a larger 70mm 3 blade prop it will plow the bow underwater. Here are some pics of the set-up I have. I have a few different scale props hopefully coming today to see if that will make any difference. Any suggestions? Oh, the motor is an HP 1.2 gold cup inline twin turned marine. Thanks in advance!
