I need to know all the steps to making a fiberglass hull from fiberglass......what do i make the mold from and where do i go from there?

I would suggest a 'sandwich' job-glass over wood. Balsa wood construction, painted inside and out with epoxy, and glass cloth laminated to the outside. Also glass any inside stress points. You will be making a hull anyway, for the mold to be made from; glass it when you are done making the mold. Also try the net under 'surfboard making'-good info for laminating. worth a try.
