Default Plastic Titanic for R/C???

There is a 1/350 scale plastic w/brass detail Titanic by Minicraft that is about 31"long. http://www.minicraftmodels.com/Titanic.htm
Seems to be the largest and most accurate kit available.
I've finished a 27" tug with companion 42" barge, and have the Billing Calypso more than half finshed (plan to get back to it this fall). Now thinking maybe the Titanic is a possible next build. Would like something maybe 36" to 48" - any thoughts besides the Titanic?
Anyone familiar with this kit for R/C conversion? Thinking that lights and four funnel smoke would be the only "extras".
Thanks,
Dan

for realism, why don't you add balast tanks and the companion iceberg so you can 'sink' on comand? LOL --too much I know, but I could not resist.
It would seem that if you are to build the Titanic, build it Titanic. I have seen some of the R/C combat nuts who have scale battleships around 16 feet long. Impressive. I have seen similar craft, scale boats, with people actually inside piloting, at boat parades in Newport Beach, CA - just make yours R/C!

If you do Titanic, make sure to fit it with fiber optics for lights, that ship would really look good..

the Size of a 350 scale would be around 30 inches for the Titanic.. I would love to build one myself..damn it would be the first time I did not build a RC ship that was not a warship.
