Default Ram bilge pump

Here's what I want to do with the Ram45 boat saver bilge pump. I want to use it as a scale affect, rather then what it's made for. My plan is to drill through the bottom of the boat so it can pick up water and spit it out the side of the hull for that real water cooled marine engine look.
Now the question is, are any of you guys using one of these? I'd like to know how much volume comes out of one of these units?? Will it be to much of a stream???

Thanks,
George

I think you would be better off with a windshield washwer pump or maybe an electric fuel pump. I used a cheap electric fuel pump and an o;ld esc for a plane to slow it down. Works great. The ram pump is not only powerful but hard to mount/adapt for that use.
