MOTOR, PROP, COMBO, THREAD
I would like to start a thread on what motors people run "DIRECT", or have seen with what props with succsee. I am trying to figure out a number of different combos, and manufactures
dont like to give out this information, If it works out it would be a good sourse for anyone.
This is what I can add:
MACK 5045 12v direct 3b brass 1.48 dia. 1.332p, comments: seems like that motor might be able to run bigger prop..
Grapner 700 speed 12v direct 3b brass 1.75 dia. ?pitch no cooling, comments: the owner was concerned about heat, and after a 5 minut run motor was checked and was ok, not "Close" to being too hot.
