Default Any Raffaello Makers?

Does anyone produce a good sized model of the Italian liner Raffaello, or Michelangelo? Been looking for years...

Default RE: Any Raffaello Makers?

Now those liners would make an interesting subject to model with their classic lines & tradmark latticework funnels. They were nice looking ships but were cursed with what all Italian flagged liners suffered from due to unprofitable service careers before meeting an end far too short for what they were designed. I also liked the Rex with it's traditional overhanging stern.

As a young boy, I had several books on ocean liners & admired their looks & hadn't thought of them until I saw your post. One can close your eyes & see Gina Lollobrigida & Sophia Loren strolling the first class promenade...

Good luck in your search!
