Default Dumas Brooklyn

I have just found a fiberglass Brooklyn kit and was wondering if anyone has any info on this kit.. It sounds like dumas has stopped making the fiberglass hull .. Anyone know how long ago that was? It has not been opened and has the hdwr with it for 240.00.. If anyone has any info please help..
Thanks
n Chris

If memory serves, Which at my age thats asking alot. Dumas Quit making glass hulls a few years back. Nice kit though. One problem I found with there glass hulls produced near the end is alot of Wax on the interior of the hull. You will want to remove as much as you can before any glueing if yours has alot.

Dumas dropped the glass in the last year or so. The Brooklyn just recently re-emerged with an ABS hull.

Hi All.............

I built a Dumas Fiberglass Brooklyn some time ago. A really fun build. I customized it in many ways including a unique paint job; hand planked decking; lighting/sound; etc. I'll try to attach a photo. This doesn't always work for me on RC Universe however---wish me luck !!!

P.S. You might even notice SANTA gettin' ready for Christmas, 2007!!!
