Sterling Century Sea Maid
Anyone know what plans for the Sterling Century Sea Maid plans are worth? I would like to find a set of these and do a build. Thanks,
Gary

Gary, check Ebay, I was just there. Sea Maid plans for sale there. Type in Century Sea Maid Model Boat Plans. Thing I noticed with the plan was the engine in the middle, cockpit fore and aft. I guess the real one had double cockpit forward and rear engine driven. The plan looks easy to supersize if you want a larger scale. Roger[sm=shades_smile.gif]

RE: Sterling Century Sea Maid
I have a set of plans for a Century Sea Maid that is 30 inches long, and has one cockpit with the engine compartment hatch aft. I dont mind sharing them.,

The plans typically show how to put the kit parts together... but not the shape of those parts! Check and see if the frames etc. are shown in full size, or you'll only have an old instruction set...
