Default CA Hazed Clear Styrene

OK Ineed a "trick" if one exists...............

Iam building a Duma Brooklyn and working on building up the Sytene pieces on the wheel house. Iam attaching the small styrene pieces with thick CA.

HOWEVER, in some locations when the CA fires it causes a hazing of the clear styrene windows that can't be removed....at least not with any traditional cleaner Ihave tried like windex.

Anyone have any tricks on how to polish or in someway remove this hazing from the clear styrene?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Tom

You might try wet-sanding with 1000-3000 grit sandpaper. Then polishing with a plastic polish like Plastix (Wal-Mart).

But, that may not be practical if you're trying to get to tiny windows that have already be mounted.
