This informal club meets at a pond every 3rd Saturday. Here are a few pics from today. I got to taking pics a bit late. There were 3-4 other boats there, that I did not get pics of. The club needs more boats! It is still relaxing fun anyway. [8D]

More. It is not a bad pond to run at, the parking lot is pretty close to our pit area. Today looked like it might have been getting to rain a bit earlier like the last 2 weeks we've been experiencing. Maybe people figured it'd just rain again.

We also had a Dauntless, 2 coast guard boats, and another tug show up. Maybe another member that had a camera might post pics. [8D]

What pond do you guys sail at.

The float takes place near the Carrollton Senior Center/Library on Keller Springs Rd. It's a great pond with lots of room to navigate and very little seeweed or debris to clog up the props.

Ron - Sorry I couldn't make it this weekend, family duties kept me at bay. Looks like it was a great time.

Like one of my AMA CD friends has told me in the past - "Well, you can't make 'em all!" [8D] How true...

Pack a boat. We usually float from 10:30 am to 1pm, depending on your schedule.
