Default Atlantic Harbor Tug



does anyone have a link to led running lights that will work with this boat without changing the whole light system? Also Lokking To Turn This Boat into A Tow Boat For My Nitro's Any Sugestens on making that and still keeping the looks of a tug boat? also sound boards maybe later?

Hi...as far as towing it, you can make a bollard out of dowel rods or buy a plastic one from one of the outlets (Horbor Models) . Make sure you reenforce the bollard attachment. Also mount the bollard FORWARD of the rudder position so you have good maneuverability while towing. I have used a large fishing bobber...3 inch...on the end of 6-8 feet of braided fishing line with success. Tow the line and bobber, circle the stranded boat and the line will catch on the rudder or prop and slowly tow it back.

If you will go to this site you will find a lot of information about the "Atlantic Harbor Tug", upgrades some have made to her, rescue boat operations, adding a sound board or two, etc.

whith lights do you recomend for the green and red lights? and are they as bright as the ones that are on it?
