i got all the animation and eclectics dun. just have to dirty it up. you know, give it that old used, working,rustic look. what do you all think of the real air whistle?

I love the gadets.

I am working on a sub that needs a windlass for its anchor. Can you send me some more pics, or info on how you set up your windlass for the anchor?

Lionel did the door opening and the railman coming out years ago. The mechanism isn't too hard to figure out. Basically servo operated with a couple levers or piano wire. The anchor operation could be done with 2 switches activated by the pay out and run in of the line. I don't know if that is how you did it? The way you did do it was pretty nice though. :)
