Southern California Sub Run
I (or someone else) will update the Southern California Sub Runs here on this thread.
It does not matter if you want to watch, ask questions, run a sub, or just talk. Our ultimate goal is to have fun and share our passion with others!

A whole lot of fun and incredibly clear water! We are part of the Subcommittee, a group of like minded from around the world, and willing to share knowledge and time on the water. We will be there as soon as the park opens (7:30AM) until the afternoon. Please stop by and introduce yourself.

I know it is Mother's Day weekend (which is why I cannot make it), but those crazy bubbleheads will meet again pond side on Saturday the 12th. If you can make it GREAT. If you can be there they meet at the model boating pond (third pond to the right) of the YORBA REGIONAL PARK (7600 E. La Palma) 714-973-6615 or 714-973-6838; [email protected]) in Anaheim. It'll cost you at least $5 to get in the gate of the park. Usually show up about 7:30 AM and leave noonish.

We are taking a break for August, but September 8 we will have the next run! Same info as before as far as time and location! If you are interested in R/C submarines or just courious, come by and say hello.

Our next SubRonLA fun run at our usual Yorba Regional Park spot to take place on Saturday, Nov. 10th. That’s two weeks! Mark your calendar. Which means I need to get work on my Walrus.....yikes!

The FunRun is moved to the 19th! Weather looked iffy for the 12th, so it was decided to move it to January 19th.

Water was a little cloudy because of the rains from the days prior, still it was a fun time and had a new member show up!
We also had other subs and some Viking rowing boats - I was goofing around with my Sjöorman and Neptune camera boat and did not get photos.
It was a perfect day and look forward to the next meet!
